Mr. Zhang  visited the opening ceremony of the 10-meter cable forming machine of Ocean Engineerin

     On the morning of May 23rd, the start-up ceremony of 10-meter cable forming machine of Ocean Engineering was held in Qingdao Han Cable Offshore Equipment Engineering Co.

     At the site of the start-up ceremony, Ocean Engineering employees were carrying out equipment debugging, and after the debugging was completed, the 10-meter cable forming machine began to run slowly. Along with the operation of the machine, a 220kV 500 square millimeter cable (HYJQF4(7)1-F 127/220 3×500+3×36B1) began to produce. The production of 220kV 500mm2 cable in the original basis of the new copper tape corrosion layer, can effectively prevent the bite of marine microbial erosion, the realization of the steel wire and copper wire mixed armored cable design, to the cable put on a steel and copper wire "color armor", the length of the cable is exceeded 44km. Mr. Zhang listened carefully to the on-site introduction by Mr. Sun Liqiang, General Manager of Ocean Engineering, and visited the production operation of the new equipment.

     The 10-meter cable forming machine newly put into production in this offshore project mainly consists of CYL φ10000(3)+φ3150(3) vertical cable forming machine and KJY (φ800/72+φ1400/4)+φ800/84 steel wire armoring machine. Among them, the vertical cable forming machine is mainly used for large cross-section, large length submarine cables, photoelectric composite cables or umbilical cables. Compared with the previous equipment, the vertical cable forming machine strand body is further optimized on the basis of imported equipment, and the center of the strand body is supported by three rows of cylindrical roller slewing bearings with large diameter, and the service life of the bearings is up to 20 years. This ensures heavy load, high speed, smooth, low friction, low energy consumption and low noise operation, and the load capacity is up to 1000 tons. Vertical cable forming machine stranding body outer ring only a circle of auxiliary sheave, can effectively solve the problem of 10 m cable turntable reversing the cable when the partial load, the number of sheaves is small, the maintenance workload is greatly reduced, low maintenance costs. Steel wire armoring machine is mainly used for submarine power cables, power and optical communication composite cable or umbilical cable round steel wire, flat steel wire armoring or round copper wire, flat copper wire armoring and surface coating asphalt. Its steel wire release disk is large, steel wire more, can effectively reduce the frequency of changing rods, greatly improving the production efficiency.
